Booking conditions: The reservation will be considered firm and final upon receipt of the deposit which amounts to 40% of the price of the stay, the rental contract and a copy of the tenant's identity document. The balance of the stay must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival, full pre-payment will be required. The payment of the deposit and the balance of the stay will be made by check or by bank transfer. The tourist tax is €2.86/adult/night and will be paid in addition at the end of the stay.
A deposit of 5000€ is required at the time of stay. It will be returned after checking the chalet within 15 days. Pets are not allowed, the cottage is non-smoking.
Cancellation condition: In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following costs will be retained: if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days (6 weeks) before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as compensation. If the cancellation occurs within 45 days (6 weeks) before your arrival, the full payment of your stay will be retained as compensation.
